Terms of service
Effective Nov 1, 2026. By ordering from PawRegal (pawregal.com) you agree to these terms.
- What we sell. Personalised, AI-assisted pet portraits printed on ornaments, blankets and canvases, and as digital files. Artwork is generated by image models from your photo and checked by a vision model and a daily human sample; nothing is hand-painted (see AI-assisted disclosure).
- Your photo. You confirm you have the right to use it and that it shows an animal as the main subject (Photo rights confirmation). You grant us a limited licence to process it to fulfil your order. We may decline a photo and will not charge for declined uploads.
- Preview approval. You approve one preview before paying. That approval, with its timestamp, is part of the order record. The printed portrait will match the approved preview within normal print variation (colour may differ slightly between screen and material).
- Redo and refund (store credit). As set out in the Redo and refund policy: a free redo for a portrait that does not match your pet and a free reprint for damaged or lost items, then store credit if that does not fix it; store credit for the shipping plus up to $40 for a delivery after the promised date. Refunds are issued as store credit, not money, except that you get a full refund to your original payment method if you cancel before the order ships, if we miss the promised ship date and you cancel, or if we cancel the order. Store credit never expires and is not redeemable for cash except where the law requires. Personalised goods are otherwise not returnable.
- Dates. Cutoff dates shown on the site are the dates we stand behind. We do not promise Christmas delivery for orders placed after them.
- Prices and payment. USD. Taxes and shipping shown before payment. Payment via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated; Founding 200 (a free matching ornament with a blanket, canvas, framed canvas or the ornament and blanket set) is limited to the first 200 orders and one free ornament per order.
- Digital files. Licensed for personal, non-commercial use, unlimited personal prints. Not for resale.
- Marketing use of portraits only with your separate opt-in, revocable at any time.
- Intellectual property. The style templates, site, software and brand are ours. Your photo is yours. The finished portrait is licensed to you for personal use; we retain the right to keep it for reprints under the guarantee.
- Disputes. Contact us first; we respond within 24 hours with the order record including your preview approval. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
- Changes. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.
