Production and transit
Printed in the USA by our print partners after your portrait passes QA (usually within hours). Standard: 3 to 7 business days door to door.
Christmas 2026 (live dates on every product page; we never sell past them)
| Window | What you can order | Arrives by Dec 25 |
|---|---|---|
| Through Dec 9, 11:59 pm ET | Everything, standard shipping | Yes |
| Dec 10 to 15 | Ornament + digital file, from our fastest print partner | Usually. We show the delivery estimate before you pay |
| Dec 16 to 24 | Digital portrait + printable gift reveal card | Delivered in minutes |
| After Dec 24 | Everything; prints ship after Christmas | No, and we say so at checkout |
If a print partner's production time slips, we pull the public cutoff forward a day and email anyone affected the same day. Last year US print partners closed around Dec 11; we re-verify 2026 dates the day they publish.
Gift reveal card
Every print order gets a printable card with the portrait as soon as QA approves it. If a box is late, the card is what you hand over on the 25th.
Gifts and addresses
Ship to any US address; add a gift note in the cart (printed on the reveal card and packing slip). Prices never appear on the packing slip.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed automatically when the print partner ships. Sets may ship in 2 boxes; both tracking numbers go in one email.
